Swimming

Spring break was last week and we did a ton of fun. One thing we enjoyed doing was going to the pool at UT. We had fun.

Joel enjoyed the hot tub the most.

We thought Joel could touch. We tried. He failed to trust us ever  again.

He finally got brave to swim around.

Evie, on the other hand, is a fish like her daddy!

No floaters on a kick board! She even fell in a few times and popped back up happy!

She probably swam three entire laps of this pool! Insane!

And she wouldn't leave her daddy's side.

Soccer

Joel started soccer three weeks ago. He's had two practices, and today was his first game!

Team Roal Blue! Warm ups! Joel spent oat f the time hopping on one foot with a little girl.

They pray as a group before each game.

Joel was pumped to be put in!

The next three are continuous shots of him swinging his arms? He kept doing it during plays.

Joel's first throw in!

Other way son...

There you go, bud.

Beside Joel getting a little handsy, and a mom scream at him, it was a god day!

Breakfast

When you gotta go, you gotta go!

There is nothing like eating your breakfast, poured into an upside down foot stool, while going to the bathroom, naked.

FaceTime

One of my kids favorite things to do is to FaceTime their grand parents. It's so awesome to see them interact even if they live so far away. This night, grandpa Toney was reading The Red Ripe Strawberry. We love technology. :)

TKD

Joel has been taking a taekwando class. We had a group on for it, and I'm so greaful to Mr. Wright's generosity to my family. This has not been "fun" for Joel . He's not in charge, or in control. That's hard for him. This experience will be so good for him!
