Spring Break 2012

For Spring Break Jared, the kids, and I took a trip up to the Kalamazoo Air Zoo. We had such a great time!

I think they rode this ride probably half a dozen times. They loved it.

This thing was going so fast! The kid's were not such great fans.

And no family vacation is complete with out a blown tire! Luckily we were able to get a hold of the Relief Society president of Kalamazoo and she took us to get it fixed. Joel insisted he had to help put the tire on.

We had such a good time. I've never been and Jared hadn't gone since he was a kid! Joel still talks about the airplane museum. We hope to go back soon!

The Photographer.

There are times when i go to look at the pictures i have on my camera and find gems like these on there.
I wonder who the photographer is? Doesn't he have a camera of his own?

Joel's Third Birthday

Joel had a great third birthday! We had Grandma and Grandpa Miller and Grandma and Grandpa Toney and he was very spoiled! He got this Thomas the Train computer and could not put it down!

Happy Birthday, Big Guy!

A good hair day!

Miss Evie awaking from one of her naps with a sweet "do"!

Joel's View

A few months ago, i found this really cool kids camera at Goodwill. It's one of those, "virtually indestructible" ones. These are some of the pictures that Joel took while we had our mini vacation in Indianapolis.

wonderful shot of Becca and myself.

Indiana State Museum

During our visit to indianopois, we convinced our great friends Kate and Kaleb to share a day with us. We went to the Indiana state museum and to the zoo for the christmas lights at the zoo.

Joel could hardly be pulled away from the tractor.

There was this Christmas train ride inside the state museum that was quite fun. The other adults only had the oppotunity to ride it once but i had the joy of riding it probably more than 2 dozen times with Joel while the others walked around the museum.

Joel and Kaleb rode on the big combine tractor.

The zoo was really cool. All of the exhibits were covered in Christmas lights.

This baby elephant was ADORABLE!

He was slipping and playing in the mud!

Joel loved the Lizard exhibit and especially this snake you could crawl on.

Kaleb is also apparently a dolphin whisperer.

Thanks for coming with us, Kate and Kaleb. We hope we can steal you away from Columbus next year!

Christmas Family Picture

So, this was supposed to be posted, you know, like 6 moths ago.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
